Gandharva Sharma changing the ways brands Advertise them self with his venture CARVING 3D LIGHTS

Advertisements! I am sure we all might have seen several Advertisement in our life. Advertisement are the part of corporate business, corporate culture, marketing & branding and are the the biggest source of our brand building & public awareness.
We might have seen many Advertisement on TV, Metros , newspapers where we showcase our products and services letting our targeted buyers know about our offerings.
As said by a very famous think tank- A picture says more than 1000 words. An Advertisement must always have more pictures & less content to let us elaborate anything and everything with minimal use of words, but at the same time, the way it is presented is more important.
How a brand or product is presented to the viewers matters the most so that it leaves a ever lasting impression on the viewers mind.
How about the Advertisement with real life images, moving objects, 3D movies, sound, 3D PROEJCTION MAPPING & AUGMENTED REALITY. I am sure, this will leave a ever lasting effect on the viewers and they will never forget the real life experience.
Advertisement has taken a real long way today, It still reminds me of an Ad by the Audi Company who sent a audio about them via newspapers and it was recognized as one of the most innovative idea of Advertisement.

The idea came into my mind in 2014. I have always been a person who prefers good visual presentation over words along with being a very outdoors and events/party person I always felt a need to constant changes in the decors and area to make it look more attractive I tried many options like moving LEDS, rotating light heads, direct projectors and when I was searching my own ways to do so It clicked me to try the above said techs and thus did a survey and discussion with a lot of people and decided to start it in a fresh way . During jan 2015 we contacted PAINTSCAPING USA there president gave us a great info and details about such ideas and also showed his interest in being partners with us and yes we are also working on their projects also we provide them animation and consultation support Our venture came into existence in Jan. 2016 and it has been a roller coaster ride of creativity

The major problems were to get direct meetings with the decision makers with any corporate firm
As being a new tech and a new company people were not sure whether this will work

My hobbies include swimming, documentaries, travelling, sports, exercise and any fun creative activity that makes me go outside and do something out of the box
For me it is never a non-work time … during the day my mind always wonders into new ideas at different places and what better I can do there and develop its info appeal
12.Whats your favourite food & holiday destination?
My favourite food just like everyone is something that has a good blend of spices and veggies and a good hot meat in it (you say anything that has same kind of taste you use to describe chilly chicken, butter chicken, burgers and sandwiches) I go for it
But I avoid taking too much cheese and fatty oily stuff in those thus roasted stuff is my favourite
I am a beach lover and my fav. Holiday destination is always beach
but any place where I go thanks to my startup it is like a work cum holiday
Imagine doing a visual mapping at a night club … so it’s a party+work at the very same time
13. Whom do you consider your idol or biggest motivator?
Well the list is long very long. As I have always taken bit of everyone into my learning
As no one is perfect in a whole so you can consider it almost everyone who I meet becomes a role model for me in some way or another. But my major learning came from Mr. MAHESH KHURMI who was our teacher in 12th class. My will to do something creative is my biggest motivation
14. What do you feel is the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else?
Entrepreneurs are the one who create work and they don’t have any deadline or work hours its there passion to do work. The world is your jungle one can fly and roam like a free beast while working for someone else you are there pet with limited area to run

Well I would definitely go for animation and events related work from the very beginning and would also work on my swimming skills parallel.

Being an entrepreneur my family has become more close to me as now I always share my experiences and thus I can help and discuss anything with anyone thus my parents and my relatives and my siblings I can converse with any one and learn and tech anything in the field. As I am not only interested in my work but I love to know what others are doing, and the scope of improvement social life is just great to, meeting new people attending various events etc has thus made me a happy socialite
17. Anything, you would like to say to our readers or upcoming entrepreneurs?
Well I would just say don’t give up.
Know your weakness, work on them and doing a few free stuff is not bad .
Focus in networking and keep learning new things (even if it involves learning about theory of relativity or even ballet)
18. Tell us something about your education & family background?
I have done my btech in CSE form JAYPEE INSTITUTE NOIDA and MBA-STRATEGIC FINANCE (JBS)
I did not have to drop out as no matter what they were teaching me .. I was learning something useful from there My parents are doctors and so is my younger brother
So education was always a top priority at my home plus being from a family of doctors it was always a very open and broad minded environment around me with lots of learning and practical stuff to worry about and not other silly society taboos
19. What is your USP which makes it unique & different from other start-ups in similar domains?
Our USP will be quality and story based work most companies will do and play just anything to save cost and time but our aim is to make the crowd feel connected to the idea and grab a major space in there subconscious mind thus leaving an ever lasting impact other USP would be we are not software and hardware specific. Our techniques can be done with any kind of hardware and software (of course it should be animation based) thus helping us reduce the cost when it comes to doing projects in non-metro cities or cities where different hardware companies are the leaders
