The Indian Media and Entertainment (M&E) industry is a sunrise sector for the economy and is making high growth strides. Proving its resilience to the world, the Indian M&E industry is on the cusp of a strong phase of growth, backed by rising consumer demand and improving advertising revenues.
Market Dynamics says that The Indian media & entertainment sector is expected to grow at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 14.3 per cent to touch Rs 2.26 trillion (US$ 33.9 billion) by 2020, while revenues from advertising is expected to grow at 15.9 per cent to Rs 99,400 crore (US$ 14.91 billion).
With 161 million television households in 2013, India stood as the third largest television market after the US and China. It also has one of the largest broadcasting industries in the world with approximately 800 satellite television channels, 245 FM channels and more than 100 operational community radio networks. The total subscriber base for the Indian television industry is expected to increase to 220 million by 2020 from 95 million in 2009.
But even with such vast sector and market, many talented people are not able to get the right platform to showcase their talent. Every year many people from different parts of the country hit Mumbai in search of showcasing and trying their luck in Bollywood, not just bollywood, even in other sectors, we see a lack of perfect talent.

He is not just helping people to realise their dreams and get recognised but also providing the right young entertainers to the entertainment hungry India.

2.Who is your target Audience?
All age groups- Male, Female, Children.
3.Where is your venture based ( city, state, country) & What are your target areas?
We have our teams in 11 states like Punjab, Chandigarh, J & K, Himachal, Delhi/NCR, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, UP, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh and our target is Pan India.
4.What problems does your venture solve? What are your products or services.
We are providing platform to all who have any kind of talent e.g Modelling, Dancing, Singing, Acting, Writing etc.
5.Share the idea or story behind the venture. How did it come to an existence?
It was my dream project when I was young. I want to become an actor but my family didn’t support me and there was no one to guide me. So then i took the idea to become a ray of hope for others to show them a right direction.
6.How did you identify your co-founder? Tell us some thing about your co-founder/s
My co- founder is my friend cum brother Navjot. He is with me in every situation of life and in my all decisions. He never ask me Why? He always said ok and supports me.

7. How did you hired your first team members
My first team members are from my close circle. Who appreciate my ideas and took decision to work with me.

8.What expansion plans are you looking for the next 2 years, next 5 years?
In next 2 years we will expand in all over India and in next five years we have planning to cover Asia.
9.Where do you want to see yourself in next 10 years?
In next 10 years we want to see our name on Globe.
10.Have you raised any funding? Or have any plans for the funding?
No, till now we are using our own funds. We have plan to raise funds in next financial quarter.
11.What were the problems you faced during the starting days and how did you resolve them?
I faced many problems, like limited funds, timing issues and the major problem was that my family was not supporting me.
I sold my gold rings, chain, bracelet to raise funds for self studies of subject.
12. What have been your biggest challenges and learning so far?
The biggest challenge was when I went to Mumbai for the first time and I had no money with me that time I borrow Rs.20000/- on interest.
13.Are you married, single or in a relationship?
I am a happily married man.
14.What are your hobbies? What do you do in your non-work time?
My hobby is driving & social service and during non working hours I encourage others to think big.
15.Whats your favourite food & holiday destination?
My favourite food is simple swastik food and holiday destination is where I can spend quality time with my family.
16.Whom do you consider your idol or biggest motivator?
My idol is Dad. He always said never stop, give your 100% and leave rest things on God. My biggest motivator is my Life Line Dream that never let me sleep peacefully.
17.What do you feel is the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else?
Who work for someone else are dreamed for others whereas a good entrepreneur lives and see dreams for his team.
18.If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
Well, If i got a chance to start again the difference will be only this that my energy level will be doubled.
19.How has being an entrepreneur affected your family & Social life?
It affects only a bit because I worked during nights now.
20.Anything, you would like to say to our readers or upcoming entrepreneurs?
I just want to say ” Andhero ki kya aukaat ki rok sake wo manzil ke diwano ko, Bas tum apne dil me ummeedo ke chirag jalaye rakhna.” 
21.Tell us something about your education & family background.
I belong to a very educated family. My father Mr. Ashok Ahuja is the Founder of A.I.T.T ( The oldest education centre in Punjab) My mother Mrs. Anita is a house wife. My wife Nidhi Ahuja is a Govt. Employee. I am blessed with two kids, Princess Vatsala Ahuja & Prince Madhvan Ahuja. I did my graduation from D.A.V college,Batala in Commerce.
22.What is your USP which makes it unique & different from other start-ups in similar domains.
Our USP is that we show the right track to all and we provide the same platform to all with personal touch. We have also choose social media for open voting of our ongoing contest.
23. What do you think is the biggest threat to the success of small businesses & Start-ups today?
The biggest threat is lack of patience & hard work and less research and development.
24. Do you consider yourself successful and by what means do you measure success?
We are on a right track of success and measurement of success is when your team and your employees are happy. That is your achievement.
