Sanjeev Kumar From The Safety Master DBA TSM Helping Millions With Their Vision Of Safer India Better World

Safety in any environment is very important. Industrial safety is no exception to the rule. Workers work in dangerous and risk-prone settings on a day to day basis. They work around heavy machinery, lift such machinery, work in environments prone to suffering explosions and blasts, work with dangerous equipment, work at extremely sky-rocketing heights and are at a constant risk of losing balance and falling. Apart from these cuts, burns, wounds, lacerations are also commonplace in industrial settings. Thus it is their own responsibility as much as it is their employer’s to make sure they are provided with appropriate safety equipment to at least lower the risk of meeting with any deadly accidents. No industrial work site can be completely accident free. But with the use of adequate safety gear and equipment, the occurrences of these accidents can be controlled. The severity of these accidents can be brought under control as well.
Industrial safety programs reduce the risk of injury and death by attempting to make sure that everyone knows and operates by the safest practices available.
No, no one can guarantee that there won’t be any injuries or deaths in ANY type of industrial setting. But by paying attention to established safety programs and procedures, the risk drops dramatically.
