Delhi Based Conglomerate – EssDee Group – takes rapid strides and expands into the Chandigarh and Goa Market

Real Estate Sector might be going through its ups and downs all across India, but EssDee Group recently announced two new projects, one in the Siolim district of Goa and the other in the Aerocity area of Chandigarh.
The Goa project is touted to be a river facing apartment complex and will house over 30 apartments and the one in Chandigarh primarily will comprise of new age builder floors aimed at the urban youth working in the IT sector.
EssDee Group – has been in the news for being a Tech – Real Estate Company as it has always put technology first in all their recent projects. From Build Up – their proprietary CRM portal which gives their clients the ability to monitor projects real time to building Smart Homes across the Delhi / NCR region.
Meanwhile, back in their base location Delhi, EssDee Serves, the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) of the group which handles contractor services projects, has commenced with 06 new projects in the NCR region. The SBU had earlier raked in USD 2 million by end of the mid financial year.

While various players continue to think that this market is a traditional brick and mortar market have some what left innovation behind and that is the main reason that the consumer demand is not met by the right kind of product.
