5.Share the idea or story behind the venture. How did it come to existence? What motivated you to start your own venture?
Coming from International Freight background where the air-waybill & bill of lading is used as a transit document , I realised there is no uniformity in transport ecosystem & everything is handwritten. Secondly vehicles waiting for want of L/R ( transit document ) as 70% of the vehicles in India are managed by brokers & handing over the service providing company document at loading point creates delay , traffic & human intervention.
How we bring in uniformity & eliminate this waste?
We introduced digital L/R & Online Booking system which has duel interface to manage transactions in real-time.

User experience , market approach , as we started talking to people specially the transporters / brokers we were  & given thumps down stating no one will use this. But as we started going to manufacturers they started appreciating & started looking at us as an saviour to bring value to their present logistics ecosystem.
As they have multiple transporters & to monitor , educate, control is a challenge. Our interface helps them to bring in “Digitisation” with integration to supplier ERP systems to manage all the business digitally with minimum human intervention unto direct tracking of drivers through smart phones.
13.What was the most challenging part of your journey till now? How did you overcome those challenges?
Business OR Product is just like a movie as your 1 year efforts defined in 1 hr if this is a HIT or FLOP… , here at least we have a chance to make the changes & relaunch the product with customer requirement. Hence continuous Market Study , Meeting different domain customers , convincing them to see what we have built & what is their opinion is very crucial at the same time necessary.
Customers are smart & they know what they want. If they see confidence in you I am sure they are the best teachers to improve your product.

Entrepreneur first works for employees & then self , In employment it is exactly reverse.

We will be full if we call ourselves successful , as we have just started testing fruits for our patience & persistence over the years. When all the transport ecosystems becomes paperless , when all the drivers & their families have secured life , when a MBA wants to get into transport willingly , when drivers are treated as humans, we have a long way to go.
