Max SkillFirst becomes India’s youngest Great Place to Work- SMB

Max SkillFirst, a 4 year old professional skilling solutions provider which is a subsidiary of Max India has been acknowledged as the 5th Best Place to Work for, in a survey among 50 companies in the SME Biz category across major industry sectors in India, by the ‘Great Place to Work Institute(GPTW). This makes it the youngest mid-sized organization to be recognized as a great workplace.

GPTW is the global authority on building, sustaining, and recognizing high-trust and high-performing workplace cultures. In India, GPTW produces the annual lists of ‘India’s Best Companies to Work For,’ a study in partnership with The Economic Times and ‘India’s Great Mid-Size Workplaces,’ a study in partnership with Mint (HT Media) and other Best Workplaces lists in all major industry sectors like Manufacturing, Retail, IT & IT-BPM, BFSI, Non-Profits and others.
