The same day, three people who had taken a Vistara flight to arrive from Dubai were found to be in possession of 8 kilograms of gold worth Rs 3.88 crore. Ingeniously hidden in the waist of the passengers’ jeans pants was gold dust in wax. The three passengers reportedly included a late-sixties woman in a wheelchair. The trio has been detained and taken into custody by authorities.

According to officials, the amazing single-day recovery in the record of the custom at the Mumbai airport was on Friday with the seizures.
