EMPOWERED LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT DIALOGUE: THE CONTEMPORARY APPROACH TO AFRICAN FEMINISM
“No country can ever truly flourish if it stifles the
potential of its women and deprives itself of the
contributions of half of its citizens” – Michelle Obama
The Consortium of Leadership and Gender Experts (PTY) Ltd (CLGE) and the GBSH Consult Group invite you to the first ever Empowered Leadership Development Dialogue maiden conference in Africa, on 9th June 2017 at the Grand Palm Hotel, Gaborone Botswana.
The conference is set up as a high level ground breaking event geared towards reviving the fledgling efforts on feminism in Botswana and Africa at large. It aims at initiating an anticipated series of results oriented dialogues in re-thinking a self-determined African context to achieve gender parity and inclusivity in the Africa we want by 2063. The dialogue is a great opportunity to get involved in the shaping of the course of sustainable development efforts in Africa and appreciating pertinent strategies to re-align your company products in realizing Aspiration 1 of the African Union, Agenda 2063 (Unity in diversity, young and old, men and women, girls and boys from all walks of life, and the appreciation of efforts of our forbearers) and Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 5. It brings together Politicians, high level Public Service Officers, Business Executives from the Private Sector, Social Entrepreneurs, Civil Society Representatives, Academia, Development Professionals and Gender Activists, among many more.
