9th September 2019. GOA: The Second edition of Rising Bharat, an initiative for aspiring entrepreneurs, was held in Goa on Monday.
Organised by Boudhik Ventures®, Startupbuddy, BlockSpaze Supported by 91Springboard, AICGIM, GCCI(Goa Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Rising Bharat is a series of 20 such events held in tier-2 cities across the country. The purpose is to create knowledge about issues related to legal, compliance, IPR, marketing and funding among budding entrepreneurs. At the event in Goa, six experts from different backgrounds interacted with young participants and answered their queries pertaining to entrepreneurship and innovations.
The event began with a welcome speech by Mr. Amit Singal, founder of Startup Buddy and was followed by the experts that interacted with participants. The Welcome speech addressed the need for an initiative like Rising Bharat and it’s goal to reach twenty Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities to provide mentoring and guidance to the startup community
Speaking at the event, chief guest, Mr. Sukhbir Singh, Singer & Investor also shared his experience with his newly found love in angel investment in Start-ups. He said, “After funding two start-ups, I am constantly on a look out for innovative ideas and start up concepts. While building a business, one must also focus on creating awareness about the brand so that the start up can grow constructively. I am happy to be a part of this event that motivate young entrepreneurs in Tier 2 & 3 cities and equip them with knowledge needed to build a business. I admire the work done by Rising Bharat to build the startup ecosystem in India.”

BlocSpaze founder Bibin Babu said that Start-ups needs to evaluate themselves and confident enough to take their concept at best level, until an unless the founder don’t have confidence how investor can.

Rising Bharat next editions are planned in Nagpur, Patna, Jodhpur etc.
