ULI’s India National Council Commences Operations in August 2023

In September 2023, the India National Council of the Urban Land Institute, a global organisation of multidisciplinary real estate and land use professionals, is expected to start operations.

ULI India, which was established in January of this year, will bring together more than 100 institutional investors, real estate developers, architects, urban planners, and land use officials from India to inspire teamwork for answers to the most urgent urban development concerns of the present.

The ANAROCK, Blackstone, Brookfield, Hines, Raheja Corp, RMZ, Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd., and the Xander Group are the eight founding partners of ULI India.

Additionally, it has appointed an executive committee of 11 real estate and land-use professionals to lead the organization’s varied operations.
