19600 people reach UP from Mumbai, Delhi and Pune, threat of corona increased

Factories in Mumbai, Delhi and Pune were closed yesterday due to the increased risk of corona virus infection. Work in private companies has also come to a standstill. The people working there have started moving towards their homes. On Sunday, 19600 people arrived from these provinces in Uttar Pradesh. They all traveled in trains and reached their stations. If no resources were found from there, they stopped at bus and railway stations. Administrative officials operated buses of special roadways to make them reach their destination.

According to the list released by the administration, more than two dozen trains came from Mumbai, Pune and Delhi on Sunday. 19600 passengers from these trains reached the railway stations of Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Jhansi, Varanasi, Kanpur, Prayagraj and Devipatan districts of UP. There was no resource due to public curfew. All passengers gathered themselves at bus and railway stations. The administration immediately arranged buses in view of the fear of infection with the corona virus. After this people were sent to the respective districts.

Passengers arrived from these trains
Pushpak Express, CSTM-LJN, LTT-LJN, Pune-LJN, BDTS-LJN reached Lucknow. Kamayani, Mahanagri, Pawan, Poona Express reached Varanasi, Punjab Mail, Jhelum to Jhansi, Kushinagar, Dadar to Gorakhpur. Apart from this, people reached by trains in Prayagraj, Kanpur, Devipatan.
 
Number of passengers
According to government figures, 7000 passengers arrived in Lucknow, 3500 in Gorakhpur, 1100 in Jhansi, 4000 in Varanasi, 1100 in Kanpur, 1800 in Prayagraj and 1100 in Devipatan. On the day of Janata curfew, 19600 people have reached all over the state. Which has increased the chances of infection.

384 buses operated
A total of 384 buses were operated for non-province passengers in the state. According to officials, 135 buses were operated in Lucknow, 70 in Gorakhpur, 22 in Jhansi, 79 in Varanasi, 22 in Kanpur, 35 in Prayagraj, 21 in Devipatan.

Travelers visited
The number of travelers coming from non-province were considerable. These travelers went to Bahraich, Mahmudabad, Biswan, Hardoi, Gonda, Balrampur, Rae Bareli, Sitapur, Tamkuhi, Padauna, Maharajganj, Banda, Lucknow, Ghazipur, Azamgarh, Gorakhpur, Jaunpur, Shahganj, Rabtsganj, Naubatpur, Prayagraj, Ayodhya, Delhi Aligarh, Ballia, Kanpur, Pratapgarh, Mankapur.
