CAT has said that the Indian Railways project is a part of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call for make in India, so the Chinese company should not be allowed to participate in the project in view of this fact and the current circumstances. The letter says that the Ministry of Railways should insist on Indian companies for this project.
