Amazon also declared the $200 Ring Car Cam, a security camera for the road that can hold an eye on your car whether it is in transit or parking.

The camera arrives with a feature called Traffic Stop, that permits it to register a communication with police and alert selected contacts after the user says “Alexa, I’m being pulled over.” The device can also surveil your car while it’s parked to check for at temped break-ins or other strange activity.

The camera can also demand aid from first responders when needed while driving.

The launch happens after Ring’s partnerships with hundreds of police departments across the United States have brought analysis from civil liberties activists, lawmakers, privacy advocates, and administrators.

When you’re on a video call, for example, the Echo Show can move so that its 13-megapixel camera can put you in the frame. If you have Amazon’s Alexa Guard feature switched on while in Away mode, the Echo Show can also move around the room to observe for disturbances.

The new Echo Show costs $250 and begins shipping following this year.

Amazon also revealed some innovative features that give Alexa more helpful at operating natural communication.
