1. What is the legal structure of PM Cares, is this a private trust or a public welfare trust?
2. How many trustees/directors/auditors does PM Cares have? 
3. Does PM Cares have any Income Tax Exemption? 
4. How much total fund has been collected in PM Cares till date 22-06-2022. 
5. Number of donors who have made the donation more than Rs. 50,000 till date 22-06-2022. 
6. Number of donors who have made the donation of more than Rs.1,00,000 till date 22-06-2022. 
7. Number of donors who have made the donation of more than Rs. 5,00,000 till date 22-06-2022. 
8. Number of donors who have made the donation of more than Rs. 10,00,000 till date 22-06-2022. 
9. Number of donors who have made the donation of more than Rs. 25,00,000 till date 22-06-2022. 
10. Number of the donors who have made the donation of more than 50,00,000 till date 22-06-2022. 
11. Number of the donors who have made the donation of more than 1,00,00,000 till date 22-06-2022. 
12. Number of the donors who have made the donation of more than 5,00,00,000 till date 22-06-2022. 
13. Number of the donors who have made the donation of more than 10,00,00,000 till date 22-06-2022. 
14. Total amount collected by salary deduction of Government employees during the financial year 2019-2020 and 2020-2021. 
15. Total amount collected by deducting the DA of Government employees during the financial year 2019-2020 and 2020-2021.
16. How much fund has been received from other countries & external organizations during the financial year 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 for COVID-19. (Detailed breakup for the same). 
17. How much funds have been collected By Central & State Government during the financial year 2019-2020and 2020-2021 through Corona cess. 
18. How much funds have been collected from excise duty during the financial year 2019-2020 and 2020-2021. 
19. How much fund was used from PM cares and in what projects?

 Kindly furnish relevant supporting documents in favor of your responses. If the above sought information is not available in your office, kindly forward my application to the concerned public authority, as per section 6(3) of the RTI Act.
