When you work tirelessly without having a goal, you get tired easily without even achieving anything. A to-do list gets you prepared for the task ahead.
Being an entrepreneur is not easy, however, it does not remove the fact that one need to design his plan to have a healthy lifestyle. Through the above habits, entrepreneurs are guaranteed a healthy life devoid of unnatural sickness.
