The CRC Group, a prominent real estate developer, has announced its ambitious plans to generate a revenue of Rs 1,200 crore from its new commercial project situated in Noida.

The announcement reflects the growing demand for commercial spaces in the region and showcases the group’s confidence in the Noida property market.

The project, spread over a significant expanse in Noida, will host an array of commercial spaces, including offices, retail stores, entertainment zones, and food courts.

Noida, known for its robust infrastructure and connectivity, makes an ideal spot for such a project. The city is strategically located with easy access to the national capital, Delhi, and other parts of the NCR.

Over the next four years, the real estate company CRC Group anticipates earning Rs 1,200 crore from a high-end commercial property in Noida that has a built-up area of 24 lakh square feet.

In Uttar Pradesh’s Sector 140 A, the business has purchased 11 acres of land to build a Grade-A integrated IT/ITeS commercial project.102 service apartments, 4 lakh square feet of retail space, and 12 lakh square feet of office space are all planned for this project, according to Kunal Bhalla, founder and CEO of CRC Group.

The business is in discussions with operators to operate its service apartments in this commercial property, according to Salil Kumar, Director of Marketing and Business Management at CRC Group. The scarcity of high-end developments in the Noida market has led to a high demand for Grade-A office space, he continued.

At a cost of around Rs 500 crore, CRC Group has finished two housing projects in the Delhi-NCR (National Capital Region), totaling about 1,200 units.

Over the years, Noida has seen an exponential growth in its real estate sector, especially in the commercial segment. The region’s IT hubs and the presence of several multinational corporations have consistently driven demand for commercial spaces.

Moreover, the improved infrastructure, metro connectivity, and relatively lower property prices compared to Delhi have made Noida a preferred destination for businesses and investors alike.

The anticipated revenue of Rs 1,200 crore from this project not only signifies the group’s optimism but also underscores the potential economic boost it can provide to the region. Projects of such magnitude usually lead to job creation, increased local commerce, and heightened interest from other investors.

While the forecast is promising, the real estate market is often subjected to various external factors like economic downturns, policy changes, and global events. However, given the current trajectory and the growth potential of Noida, it seems the CRC Group’s revenue expectations are well-grounded.

The Noida property market also offers an excellent opportunity for investors. With the rapid urbanization and infrastructural development in the region, commercial spaces are expected to yield good returns in the coming years.
