Walmart is trying another self-governing robot in 78 stores beginning Thursday.
The robot scours store floors, assuming control over an occupation that beforehand took Walmart representatives around two hours every day to finish, the organization said in a blog entry.
Auto-C won’t supplant any human workers; rather, it will free up representatives’ a great opportunity to center around helping clients, the organization said.
Representatives will connect with the robot by programming its cleaning sessions, pre-clearing zones it will scour, and cleaning parts of the store that the robot can’t reach.
