SC Refuses to Legalise Gay Marriage, But Asks States to Uphold LBTQIA Rights
The Supreme Court of India, during the pronouncement of its verdict in the same-sex marriage legality case, is delivering four judgments. This signifies a pivotal moment in the ongoing discourse surrounding the recognition of same-sex relationships within the Indian legal framework.
