1.What is the Name of Your Venture?
Currently i am taking care of multiple ventures as MD at Aeonaxis Softech (P) LTD, Co-Founder at Page3 Star, Owner at KVASZ, Partner with Study in South Africa (SiSA).

2.Who is your target Audience?
Basically our target audience changes based on the venture like for our software company it is retail businesses globally (majorly USA) , for page3 star the audience is startups, who are looking for promotions. Similarly for KVASZ it is for apparel showroom owners and for SiSA the target audience is the students willing to study abroad

3.Where is your venture based ( city, state, country) & What are your target areas?
For Aeonaxis the target areas are majorly international, for KVASZ and SiSA the focus is within india and for Page3 Star, we are operational in Lucknow, Kanpur, Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata

4.What problems does your venture solve? What are your products or services.
Mainly we are into B2B, so on one hand we develop IT software solutions, mobile applications, internet promotions and on the other hand we deliver the best of the designs for some of the leading apparel showrooms as whole sellers. Page3 Star is primarily into branding, promotions.

5.Share the idea or story behind the venture. How did it come to an existence?
Being into technical background from over a decade with computer science as expertise formation of Aeonaxis Softech (P) LTD was the primary thought, which is already running successfully since more than 5 years. Being into variety of experiences and designer apparels being sold as hot cake, started KVASZ  offline and launching the multivendor store very soon for online customers.
It was a happy coincidence to have seasoned professionals from various fields as my associates when we hit upon this idea…And true to its promise Page3Star is getting an average of 3.5 lakh hits per month

6.What expansion plans are you looking for the next 2 years, next 5 years?
With alliances globally, planning to improve the efficiency by automating each process. The goal for 5 years is to make the turnover reach 10 times from this financial year.
Making sure KVASZ is ready to deliver products throughout india and abroad
For Page3 Star, coming 2 years will definitely be its expansion plan PAN india with happening coverages and subsequently the increase in the user base by multiple times

7.Where do you want to see yourself in next 5 years?
Lets see after 5 years

8.Have you raised any funding? Or have any plans for the funding?
As of now NO.

9.What were the problems you faced during the starting days and how did you resolve them?
The only problem faced during the starting phase was how to win trust of clients. Which we won with the quality of work and prompt responses during support. Which resulted in lots of referrals from existing happy clients and good networking and PR through Page3 Star

10.Are you married, single or in a relationship?
Yes married, with an awesome son who is about 3 years

11.What are your hobbies? What do you do in your non-work time?
During my free time, i make plans to increase efficiency and optimise processes by reading success stories of businesses and innovative ideas for self improvement.

12.Whats your favorite food & holiday destination?
Chinese or Mughlai
For holiday destinations any place that can keep my mind relaxed

13.Whom do you consider your idol or biggest motivator?
My last year’s Balance sheet

14.What do you feel is the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else?
Entrepreneurs raise their standard with every task they perform and are still not satisfied with their current performance ever.

15.If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
I would start my business immediately after the completion of 2 years of my job instead of waiting for 6 years

16.How has being an entrepreneur affected your family & Social life?
My family is more happy that we can decide our holidays without my Boss’s approval and socially i am much more connected to everyone than i could be being in job

Stay focused and maintain continuity, no one can push you back until you yourself are on your knees

18.Tell us something about your education & family background.
A B-Tech in computer science and PGDIT. Been a good scholar gaining janpad and integrated scholarships during my school days.

Coming from a middle class legal background family where my father was a senior administrative officer at High Court and mother a house wife. I am youngest in the family with 3 elder sisters. My wife works with a nationalised bank and her inputs are vital in financial decisions.

19.What is your USP which makes it unique & different from other start-ups in similar domains.
We value our each team members effort despite of however small it is.
