Club Factory has now revealed the launch of the Instant Messaging feature on its app – to allow the sellers to communicate with the customers on the club factory directly. The new initiative is also aimed to empower local sellers and manufacturers in India.
With the help of the chat feature, sellers can directly take the details of the order with the help of a messaging tool and cater to the customization requirements of their users.
