ALERT: Top Infectious Disease Experts Revealed the Long-term Damage COVID-19 May Wreak on the Critical Organs!

In the past ten months, since COVID-19 was first discovered in Wuhan, China, we have been continued to learn more about the highly infectious virus, which caused more than 958K deaths.

The raging epidemic has become an unremitting part of our lives. In order to control it, the world has been scouting and scrambling to find answers. Doctors, medical staff, nurses, and healthcare officials have been working tirelessly to help the sufferers, and scientists and researchers have been working hard to find a solution in the form of a vaccine that can end the pandemic once and for all.

Fever, loss of smell and taste, shortness of breath, dry cough-these are the most widely known symptoms of coronavirus infection. Although some people experience the disease at the beginning of the infection, others are completely asymptomatic -but this does not necessarily mean that the COVID-19 disease is not ravaging their health.

In other words, one of the scariest things about the coronavirus is that even those with moderate symptoms-or none at all-have suffered long-term damage due to the coronavirus infection.

Moreover, recent research points out that some damage occurs in the heart. On Wednesday morning, the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,  Dr. Robert Redfield; director of the Food and Drug Administration,  Dr. Stephen Hahn; Adm. Brett Giroir, the assistant secretary of health and Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, all testified before the Senate education, labor, health and Pensions Committee and explained why they are so concerned about two new studies.

At the hearing, Dr. Fauci revealed that several COVID-19 survivors are not recovering swiftly, but are dealing with long-term damage caused by the virus. Read on and to ensure the health of yourself and others, don’t miss these sure signs that you already have coronavirus.

Several CORONAVIRUS Patients Have Heart Issues

Dr. Fauci explained that among the people who had recovered from this deadly virus, the “involvement levels are different,” ranging from moderate to diseases that needed medical intervention, and most of them have suffered some form of heart damage.

He explained: Through MRI, they found that 60-75% of people have signs of heart inflammation disease, he pointed out that they were relatively asymptomatic.

As to the extent of the destruction, if it is permanent or whether the heart will eventually repair itself, he admits that it is unclear as of yet. However, he presented two potential scenarios.

He said about the first case that: This may be cleared, and they will have no problems in their lifetime. Alternatively, it may cause long-term damage. He further pointed out the when you have an infection, you may have scars. That may cause arrhythmias later on or cause cardiomyopathy.

The fact that I have drawn your attention is that for many persons who have actually recovered virologically from the infection, have the persistence measured in weeks to months of symptomatology which does not seem to be due to the persistence of the virus,” he said. They are referred to as long haulers.

Still too Early to Draw Reliable Conclusion

However, because the virus has only existed for such a short time, it is not yet possible to determine. He further said: I don’t know what it will be, but this is something we need to pay close attention to.

Earlier in the hearing, in his opening statement, he also addressed how ostensibly recovered people are experiencing heart complications.

We are disappointed that several individuals who have fully recovered and apparently have no symptoms; when they have done sensitive imaging technologies such as MRI (magnetic resonance, imaging) found to have the inflammation of heart, he said.

In the end, he made it clear that there is still much to learn about COVID-19. He said: These are all things that are told to us. We must be humble. We cannot fully understand the nature of this disease.

How to Avoid COVID-19

If you experience any heart issues or long-hauler, do contact your medical professional spontaneously. And to keep yourself free from COVID-19, follow Dr. Fauci’s advice: avoid crowds, wear a mask/ face cover and wash your hands.

He pointed out that all this information reminds people that the pandemic has not yet been controlled. This virus may never go away.

After a vaccine has been approved, how long do you think it will take to inoculate a country as vast and densely populated as ours?

In any country, let alone a country as large and complex as India, not everyone, or even a large part of the population, can be immunized in the short or medium term. This will take years, even decades.
