Q4- What problems does your venture solve? What are your products or services?

We save a lot of time and confusion of our customers by sending stylists and tailors to the customer’s address as per their convenience. My team takes care of the cloth, designing, measurement, trial and delivery.

We do formal and ethnic wear for men and suits for women.

Q5-Share the idea or story behind the venture. How did it come to an existence?

It was my Grandparents 50th Anniversary. It was a very Grand affair which required lots of organising, due to which all the males in the family got pretty late to specially go to the designer for their outfits. At that time it struck me if only someone could come at my place,at my convenient time for my outfit. Then i started researching and this venture came into existence.

Q6- How did you identify your co founder?

There is no cofounder. I am the proprietor.

Q7– What expansion plans are you looking for the next 2 years, next 5 years?

For the next 2 years, i guess, i should be coming up with a mobile app where one should be able to book an appointment , learn how to take his own measurements etc. Also i would be opening my own workshops at different locations of the city which would make the process even faster.

Later i would want to move to different cities and further expand my venture.

Q8– Where do you want to see yourself in next 5 years?

As a successful well known brand which caters to the fashion needs ofthe common man to the celebrities.

Q9-Have you raised any funding? Or have any plans for funding?

No

Q10- What were the problems you faced during the starting days and how did you resolve them?

Hiring the skilled and experienced master cutter, tailor was a huge challenge. Only a good master tailor can give a perfect fit which is the most important aspect of my business. Initially when I started I did not have a big number of orders on my plate as people in India wear suits only on weddings making this industry very seasonal. So then I moved to the corporate sector as well making my business fruitful for the entire year.
Q11- Are you married, single or in a relationship?

If i say in a relationship, my family will get me married so im Single.
Q12- What are you hobbies? What do you do in your non work time?

A lot of things, I try to stay fit by doing Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), spend time with my friends playing PS and hanging out at this particular ccd in shanti niketan.

Nothing favorite depends on the mood. Someday it could be a pizza, pasta, burger or sushi or alkauser. So far it would be Ibiza and Monte Carlo but I still have got a lot to travel.

Q14- Whom do you consider your idol or biggest motivator?

Thomas Ford (Tomford), Raghvendra Rathore and Saif Ali Khan

Q15- What do you feel is the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else?

An entrepreneur would give in his all to the business. No working hours, no off on weekends whereas on the other hand a person working for someone else would constantly keep a check on his watch and wont even take calls on weekends.
Q16- If you had a chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?

I am fortunate enough to start my career again. I was in real estate business for 3 years which didn’t work out much due to the health of the market. I wish I had a chance to start this earlier.

Q17- How has being an entrepreneur affected your family and social life?

It has affected in a very positive way . The nature of work is such that I not only get to meet new people but also tend to meet my relatives and friends too when they want an outfit.

Q18- Anything you would like to say to our readers or upcoming entrepreneurs?

I guess just do what you like or what you are good at because then only you will be able to put in your 100% and there will be no difference between life and work.
