This dominance only grew over time. By 2022, Aachi’s revenues had soared to 1,660 crore, with an impressive net profit of 21.7 crore. The company had also expanded its footprint beyond Tamil Nadu, reaching 12 Indian states and retailing through more than one million shops.

In July 2023, reports emerged that Tata Consumer Products and Wipro Consumer Care were both vying to acquire a 51% stake in Aachi for an estimated 1,000 crore, valuing the company at a remarkable 2,000 crore.
