Our venture based in India. We target our clients in India, USA, UK ad Canada.

5.Share the idea or story behind the venture. How did it came to an existence? What motivated you to start your own venture?

Business-building is a journey. The great ideas and opportunity make a business to gain a valuable perspective. To get better ideas and to find hidden parts in business, we need some source.

So, I would like to start a venture to develop a product called roosboard which gives them complete analysis of business , saves time in analysis ,helps business executives to take better decision faster, prevent from various risk factors and makes business-building journey a colorful one.

6.Who are your biggest competitors and how do you differentiate yourself from them? 

There are many analytics/BI tools are available in the market. Ours is search based for which NO technical knowledge is required. Business executive simply type in our search bar as like google and roosboard builds the report instantly.

7.How did you hired your first team members? What skills Do you want in your employees/team?

I didn’t go only for an experienced employee, yet I look for a fresh person who has ability to learn ,develop skills ,grasp new technology, leverage the ideas, knowledge, and  have passion to work with our technology.​

8.What expansion plans are you looking for the next 2 years, next 5 years?

Setting and achieving plans is the hallmark of every successful companies. Currently we are supporting integration to some data source and for few application. In the next 2 years I have planned to support for many application integrations and in next five years I would like to increase my team and expanding my product to reach globally.

9.Where do you want to see yourself in next 10 years?

I need to see myself as a successful entrepreneur in future and taking on new challenges.

I would also like to add that nobody has seen the future and one can only make better future by living at present and working hard to succeed.​

10.What are your goals over the next 1, 3, 6 and 12 months?

The goals has been set already for a years as per the first six months, we plan to showcause our product demo in various platforms to target new customers in India and USA.

11.Have you raised any funding? Or have any plans for the funding?

Currently we are bootstrapped but we are planning to raise funds soon.

12.What were the problems you faced during the starting days and how did you resolve them?

In initial days we have faced some problems but we have learnt to tackle and overcome from it.​

I Read books and I would like to travel a lot in non-work time​

I like chicken biryani and used to go to ooty. Its two hours drive from Coimbatore.

Launching a new product be little scary. Actually, it’s always a fearful thing to share with the world some brand- new creation. What if people don’t like it? What if nobody buys? where in that case Mark Elliot Zuckerberg as he believe himself and  launched face book which  receives  a huge welcome from all over the world. He is a successful entrepreneur , and also one of youngest billionaires in the world by his intelligence.

17.What do you feel is the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else?

As Entrepreneurs are self employed they has to take difficult endeavors than someone  would undertake and not everyone has the knack for it. So this makes the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else.

18.If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?

Obviously I would avoid mistakes along the way, but that being said, mistakes are the great lessons an entrepreneur needs to learn.

19.How has being an entrepreneur affected your family & Social life?

More stress and longer hours may effect both life. As a entrepreneur, ill keep my time priorities very clear so that it couldn’t affect my family and social life.

No, I do not think I am successful yet. I have goals and things I still

want to learn a lot. Until I reach those goals, I cannot consider myself successful.
