Inventiva: What is the Name of Your Venture? Is there any specific reason for this name?
“Leadcorp” We specialize in lead generation hence Leadcorp suits to us.
Inventiva: Who is your target Audience/clients?
Our clients are any companies which needs Lead Generation, sales, inbound or outbound service.
Inventiva: Where your venture is based (city, state, country) & what are your geographical target areas?
We are based in Thane, Maharashtra, India. We currently serve in India, USA and Canada.
Inventiva: What problems does your venture resolve? What are your products or services?
We help organizations to lower their cost of marketing, lead generation, sales, customer service and by also giving them professional service using latest technology.
Inventiva: Share the idea or story behind the venture. How did it come to existence? What motivated you to start your own venture?
I being a director for this company started my career in BPO when I was 18, since then I started learning about this business. The idea of creating job opportunities to youth and learning latest technology and marketing techniques motivated me to start this. We started this in 2016 with 5 employees with very low investments using my own contacts and resources and now we are proud to touch 100 employees including international and domestic process.
Inventiva: Who are your biggest competitors and how do you differentiate yourself from them?
I feel no such big competition in market for this business as the way we do business is very unique. But yes, if it’s a BPO you always have competition in hiring manpower as a BPO requires lot of manpower but to minimize this competition we take well care of our employees and their needs.
Inventiva: How did you identify your co-founder? Tell us something about your co-founder/s
I feel a co-founder is the person who is most focused person in organization, our Co-founder Naveesh Panicker is a calm, well knowledge and experience member. He comes with 8 years of BPO background and he knows what he is doing and that makes his work perfect.
Inventiva: How did you hire your first team members? What skills do you want in your employees/team?
Hiring initial team of 5 was very easy as I had a lot of friends which BPO background and it did not take a lot of efforts while screening skills for them.
Inventiva: What expansion plans are you looking for the next 2 years, next 5 years?
I believe your work speaks more than what you think. We are more focused on what we do and that’s increasing our growth 1/3 every year so on counting.
Inventiva: Where do you want to see yourself in next 10 years?
I still want to see myself working with same team with more energy and expanded business.
Inventiva: What are your immediate goals over the next 1, 3, 6 and 12 months?
To get more and more clients for services what we offer and hire team which will take our count to 200+ including domestic and international.
Inventiva: Have you raised any funding? Or have any plans for the funding?
HDFC Bank has always helped me for funding; I have taken few fundings from them for business expansion.
Inventiva: What were the problems you faced during the starting days and how did you resolve them?
We at initial stage had No experience about how to inline process and how to work on same page. We bought our ideas together to resolve this problem and after few experiments we have strongest management team.
Inventiva: What was the most challenging part of your journey till now? How did you overcome those challenges?
The most challenging part was always at the start when we had tremendous pressure of running business and to get into market which is already captured by major companies but we never stopped working and overcome on those challenged.
Inventiva: What are your hobbies? What do you do in your non-work time?
I like to travel; I keep travelling every now and then to get that refresher.
Inventiva: Whom do you consider your idol or biggest motivator?
My parents, they have been in business for more than 20 years and I learned the how to handle difficult situations is calm way.
Inventiva: What do you feel is the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else?
Focus and hunger are two major missing parts in an employee and entrepreneurs is always hungry to lean new opportunities and focused on his goals.
Inventiva: If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
If I had to start my career again, I will still choose to be entrepreneur and will try to avoid small mistakes I did when I started Leadcorp.
Inventiva: How has being an entrepreneur affected your family & Social life?
Entrepreneur family and social life depends on how he handles it. I don’t feel major difference because I have my time managed for everyone.
Inventiva: Anything, you would like to say to our readers or upcoming entrepreneurs?
For upcoming entrepreneurs, if you have an idea, don’t keep that with you. Explore it even if it doesn’t work you will be satisfied because you tried.

I am a Media student and my mom and dad are both with business background.
Inventiva: What is your USP which makes it unique & different from other start-ups in similar domains?
Quality. Our buyers are stick to us for our quality. We believe in quality before quantity.
Inventiva: What do you think is the biggest threat to the success of small businesses & Start-ups today?
Lack of knowledge if you don’t have complete knowledge about what you are doing then your success ratio will fall down.
Inventiva: Do you consider yourself successful and by what means do you measure success?
Not yet, I feel it’s still a start.
