Dhruv Sachdev From EssDee Group Helping People To Take Away The Pain Points Of Real Estate Construction

Starting construction with poor plans and specs are a huge problem, as right off the start your scrambling to catch up the drawings to the site work. The  other  problem in construction is lack of communication and scheduling. The other problem is Picking bad trade contractors, who either don’t show up on time, or start a job and leave 3 times because they cant schedule their time.
Few other Major Problems in This Industry are

  • Bad Organizational Structure
The construction project management practice’s decision making and procurement processes do not have the capacity for the current speed and scale demand.
  • Deficient Communication
The lack of a central data system results to delayed and inconsistent sharing of information and reports. This leads to subcontractors, contractors, and owners not having a common understanding of the project’s state at any given time.
  • Weak Performance Management
Midstream changes, inadequate communication and lack of accountability lead to unresolved issues piling up.
  • Non-Universality of Information
When a different team carries over work to a different team for the next process and when a problem comes up arising from the precious process, the construction project manager may have a hard time understanding how to proceed.
  • Connection Gaps
Planning spans a lot of aspects; it includes high-end preparation and daily tasks. If daily work does not align with the day’s goal, schedulers should be notified but often are not. This system ends in delays due the absence of real-time updating of task priorities.
  • Inadequate Risk Management
Construction managers and contractors are usually looking into long-term risks of planning, design, construction, operations, and maintenance. Risks that just pop up on the job are usually overlooked. These tiny construction issues may just have a snowball delay in decision making and compound to major schedule overruns.
  • Limited Skill Capabilities
Another cultural problem in construction is that companies tend to work with previous people and teams and fail to connect with more capable firms and manpower suited for the job.

But Now EssDee Group has come up with the solutions to all your problems. Dhruv Sachdev The Founder & CEO Of EssDee Group has come with a unique CRM where you can see your daily updates in a timely manner from the comfort of your home, thats not all, you can even check live feeds of the construction site via connected CCTV cameras. Lets See what Dhruv Has to say about his unique idea and how his venture is sorting out the biggest pain problem in the construction industry.
1.What is the Name of Your Venture? Any specific reason for this name?
EssDee Group ; the name essentially stands for Strength and Development.
2.Who is your target Audience/clients?
We are primarily a construction company undertaking turnkey projects PAN India.
Our focus is to minimize the problems faced by land owners and become their one stop shop for their construction needs.
3.Where is your venture based (city, state, country) & What are your geographical target areas?
Presently we have over 20 live project across the country. Our key operational regions are Delhi/NCR, Mumbai and Goa.
4.What problems does your venture resolve? What are your products or services?
At EssDee Group we realized that customers face a serious trust issue with their contractors/builders. There were no real time updates which the customers received about the project and timelines were not defined.
The NRI market : who essentially want to develop their ancestral properties were scared to hand over their projects for construction as they feared that they will not be able to track it.
We took it upon us to streamline and formulate a platform wherein customers can get realtime updates about their projects. “Build Up” the CRM platform launched by us this year gives our customers realtime status updates. The customer can track their project via an App or website. Additionally, this platform becomes a repository for all construction related maps, contracts and timelines.
With our CCTV monitoring facility land owners can track their project any time.

At EssDee every project has been challenging, but the next step which we are about to take will be the most challenging one. So its safe enough to say that the most challenging part is yet to come.

20.If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
Nothing ; the journey has been incredible
21.How has being an entrepreneur affected your family & Social life?

Loss of consumer confidence. As long as the customer finds you professional – you will sustain. But if you lose that trust and confidence, you can’t be a long term player.
