Career is what we all want to make. Career planning is the continuous process of thinking about your interests, values, skills and preferences, exploring the life, work and learning options available to you and ensuring that your work fits with your personal circumstances.

Education is very important to both your personal and professional life, in a number of significant ways!

Depending on the level of success you’re seeking to achieve, the level of education may be relative, but the bottom line is, an education of some sort is often paramount to future success. Completing increasingly advanced levels of education shows that you have a drive and commitment to learn and apply information, ideas, theories, and formulas to achieve a variety of tasks and goals.

We all know the level of Indian education system, even in 2017, students in our schools and colleges study books printed in 1995 and reprinted in 2017.

We need a education system which is continously progressed as per the market demand and this is the reason Corporate MNC and International companies always avoid hiring our students in India, even if they offer them offer letters, the appointment or joining dates keeps postponing.

We need a much better education system which can help us to build our career and also provide us quality education as per the latest industry trends and demands. Shaik Abdul Rahman Who understood the gap between the career of the students and what they study in college and thus started his venture TWG INTERNATIONAL with focus on quality education and job oriented training.
