Coming from an engineering background, the founder of JugaadExpert, Mr. Anupriy Singh knew well all the jugaads in his college days. 1.What is the Name of Your Venture? Any specific reason for this name?
‘JugaadExpert’ is the name of our venture (Company: Jugaad Expert Solutions). Jugaad stands for simple and easy solutions to real life problems. We opted for this name is because in a our region when anyone needs something to be done they search some Jugaad for it, that’s why this name ‘JugaadExpert’
2.Who is your target Audience/clients?
The online home service market in India is largely unexplored and the demand is sky rocketing. Every individual or family can be our customer.
3.Where is your venture based (city, state, country) & What are your geographical target areas?
We have started from Allahabad and now we are very much operational in Lucknow also. We are planning to cover some of the top cities in few upcoming months.
4.What problems does your venture resolve? What are your products or services?
The problem is three folds accessibility, availability and affordability of Skilled professionals. Most of the professionals are not readily available, they are not background verified, they try to charge money by unethical means and are never on time.

5.Share the idea or story behind the venture. How did it came to an existence? What motivated you to start your own venture?
Being youngest in the family I was responsible for most of the works and I never liked it, finding a professional was never very easy for me, and that gave me idea to start JugaadExpert, where various trusted Jugaads can be taken at a single place. My Idea is to make India more Digital and Efficient.
6.Who are your biggest competitors and how do you differentiate yourself from them?
Although there is no big competitors in our region but in Indian home service market there are big players like UrbanClap & Housejoy but we have a better and different business model and a very dedicated and passionate team. We are not just home service provider but we provide Jugaads to various real life problems of people
7.How did you identify your co-founder? Tell us some thing about your co-founder/s
My friends have always supported in every ups and downs. They are my real strength. We are working as a team, we know each others weakness and strength so work becomes easy with lot of fun.

8.How did you hired your first team members? What skills Do you want in your employees/team?
Our team is very passionate and dedicated towards it’s work and we need that dedication and passion in everyone who joins us.
9.What expansion plans are you looking for the next 2 years, next 5 years?
In next 2 years we are planning to provide very efficient service to various cities of India and in upcoming 5 years we are planning to cover most of the cities of our country.
10.Where do you want to see yourself in next 10 years?
We want to make our India more Digital and Efficient. We are working very hard for it and in upcoming 10 years we see ourselves providing our Jugaads to a large population of our country.
11.What are your goals over the next 1, 3, 6 and 12 months?
To provide good service in affordable pricing.
12.Have you raised any funding? Or have any plans for the funding?
No, we have not raised any funding yet, although got various investment opportunities from angel and potential investors but being an early age startup equity demanded by them were very high and hence we decided to expand it at our own at present time. We have plans to raise funds but presently we are very much focused to improve ourselves and to provide best service to our customers. We are not very much focused on profit right now but planning to create something that stays forever and create a huge impact on people’s lives making it simple and hassle free.
13.What were the problems you faced during the starting days and how did you resolve them?
Like most of the startup there are challenges like time management, proper allocation of resources and money, that we have to deal with but our team is working very hard and we are overcoming all the difficulties and challenges that are coming in our way.
14.What was the most challenging part of your journey till now? How did you overcome those challenges?
At starting, providing best service at correct timing in our region has always been very challenging for us. But with due time we have overcame most of the challenges and we are still working very hard to provide best services to our customers.

My hobbies are not very much different from other people. I like travelling, meeting new people and making new friends, I enjoy playing sports like football and cricket. Helping others give me a huge sense of satisfaction and now it has become a part of my job & by helping others we help ourselves grow.

My favorite food is Chicken Do-Pyaza and favorite destination is Kashmir.

I m very much motivated by the life journey of Mr. Warren Buffett, he was best in identifying undervalued ventures and invested in them very smartly, his ideology and way of doing business is extremely commendable.
19.What do you feel is the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else?
There is a huge difference between entrepreneurs and employees who work for someone else. Employees work mostly for their own gain or profit but an Entrepreneur works for the benefit whole venture focusing on its goal and keeping all the employees happy.
20.If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
I will not take that chance.

What would be better than people knowing you by something that you have created.

I have done my schooling from Bishop Johnson School and College and recently completed my engineering from B.B.S. The biggest threat to success for Startups today is that they are only focused on making money, there is lacking of passion for their work and patience in difficult situations.
26. Do you consider yourself successful and by what means do you measure success?
No, I not at all consider myself successful, I have just started my journey. Success in my opinion is setting a goal, planning the steps required to achieve it, and effectively implementing that plan and once you have achieved that goal you can consider yourself successful.
