Cadbury Dairy Milk, Removes Its Logo In Honour Of Coronavirus Warriors, They Replace With ‘Thank you’.

If anyone is fighting in the forefront in the fight against the coronavirus in the country, then they are the health- workers, sweepers, police and media personnel. The government has addressed such people as the  coronavirus warriors. Everyone is paying respect to the corona warriors in their own way.

In this series, Mondelez India, one of the country’s leading snacking companies, has launched the limited-edition Cadbury Dairy Milk ‘Thank You’ Bar. For the first time in the 70-year of the history of Dairy Milk in India, Cadbury Dairy Milk has replaced its logo with the word ‘Thank You’. This logo has been changed to honour the coronavirus Warriors. This limited edition of the company will share a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the ‘Thank You’ bar for the daily wage workers’ health insurance schemes in partnership with Nirmana, an NGO working with the unorganized sector.

On the launch of the limited-edition Cadbury Dairy Milk ‘Thank You’ bars, Anil Viswanathan, director of marketing (chocolates) at Mondelez India said, Cadbury Dairy Milk as a brand believes that generosity can only give hope in tough times like this. As the most trusted brand in India, we know that Cadbury Dairy Milk has a special role in the lives of our consumers. We realized our responsibility and made a pack which reflects the spirit of the country. The unprecedented situation of the present has made us realize that the people who run our cities, societies and lives have great importance. This launch is a small honour to their tireless efforts and expresses thanks to all of those unsung heroes on our behalf.

Cadbury Dairy Milk ‘Thank You’ edition will be launched in eight different languages including English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. A 50 gram packet of Cadbury Dairy Milk ‘Thank You’ bar will cost Rs 40. Let us be a part in the smallest ways where we can get smiles on each other’s faces.
