RSA was born on 20th May 2015 in my mind. I was on my way to Shirdi along with friends and in middle of the night at around 12-12.30 pm our car had a breakdown. No garage was in the vicinity and no other help available. Inspite of being a Automobile Engineer I could not do anything without the necessary tools. We just waited helplessly for 8 hrs.
It is said that adversity gives birth to new ideas. That’s what exactly happened in this case too. RSA Autocare Pvt. Ltd. was born.
This experience made me realize the gap in the market for a reliable and genuine Road Side Assistance that will provide help to those who need it on urgent basis. I decided that the problem that I faced I wouldn’t let that happen to anyone else.
