1.What is the Name of Your Venture? Any specific reason for this name?
We believe that being Interactive and a One-Point web based solution is the most essential part of Digital Marketing. Hence, we have kept the name.
2.Who is your target Audience/clients?
Everyone who renders services or sells products are our targeted Audiences.
3.Where is your venture based (city, state, country) & What are your geographical target areas?
Our Registered office is in Vadodara, Gujarat. We have branch offices in New Delhi & Las Vegas (USA)
4.What problems does your venture resolve? What are your products or services?
We render Digital Marketing Services that includes the following services:

Social Media Optimization
Online Reputation Management
5.Share the idea or story behind the venture. How did it came to an existence? What motivated you to start your own venture?
The inspiration to start our own venture came around 5 years back. My wife and I wanted to start something of our own. After 8 years of banking career, working for different banks, I thought what could be better than to do something for which I have passion. I always had a passion for branding/marketing and my wife had the experience in this field. Together, we started our own company.
6.Who are your biggest competitors and how do you differentiate yourself from them?
Everyone is a competitor in this field. The innovative techniques that we use and the demand based services that we give makes us different from others.
7.How did you hired your first team members? What skills Do you want in your employees/team?
We hired people using local agencies. The skills that we look in our employees include their promptness to learn new things, confidence, their creative skills and their past work experience.
8.What expansion plans are you looking for the next 2 years, next 5 years?
In next two years we are looking forward to open our branch offices in 2 more cities. In next 5 years we are aiming to be a listed company.
9.Have you raised any funding? Or have any plans for the funding?
We haven’t raised any funding yet but we are open to explore new ventures and if that requires funding we will acquire it.
10.What were the problems you faced during the starting days and how did you resolve them?
The lack of resources (both money and human) were the major challenges at the initial stage. Patience, belief and hard work helped us to overcome the challenges.
11.What was the most challenging part of your journey till now? How did you overcome those challenges?
Dealing with the overseas clients were quite challenging. Initially, they were not comfortable giving projects to a company that is new and with whom they have to deal remotely. However, with our timely and quality work we now have a good base of international clients.
12.Are you married, single or in a relationship?
I am married to the most beautiful person.
13.What are your hobbies? What do you do in your non-work time?

Instead of spending 8 years of my life in banking I would have started my own venture sooner.

Both my family and social life has improved. Now I am able to balance work and my personal life more efficiently.

22. What do you think is the biggest threat to the success of small businesses & Start-ups today?
The biggest threat to the startups is overpricing the valuation of Startups and Excessive competition between them. New Startups sell things at a cheaper rate compromising the quality of the product. This can lead to excessive supply and hence can have a cost push inflationary trend in market. Which can lead to downtime of many small startups.
23. Do you consider yourself successful and by what means do you measure success?
Yes. I measure my success by the reach of my business and stickiness of my clients. We believe in taking edge over others by fulfilling the commitments of clients on time. If they are happy my success ratio rise immensely.
