12. Asus ROG Phone 6 and 6 Pro

Because it was such a beefcake of a blower, the Asus ROG Phone 5 (and its 5s Pro sequel) was our favourite gaming phones of 2021. It had excellent performance, a gorgeous display, and a tonne of gaming-specific phones features, so it met all the requirements for playing while on the go. The ROG Phones 6 upholds and strengthens this tradition.

13. iPhone 14 Series

Apple’s newest smartphone lineup contains only a minor naming convention modification; no further surprises exist. The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus offer modest improvements in a recognized form factor. A notch-free display, the new A16 chipset, and refresh rates of 1-120Hz are features exclusive to the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max, which advance the situation. The latter is replaced by the stupidly named Dynamic Island, a movable pill-shaped cutout with software controls. All four versions include satellite connectivity, but no US SIM card is included.

1. Samsung Galaxy S23

With no doubt, Samsung’s upcoming Phones’ top line will be the Galaxy S23. the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra, to be more precise. According to rumours, there will be some hardware enhancements, even if there won’t be a significant cosmetic change. These might feature a 200MP primary camera with a tonne of pixels and a 40MP selfie camera on the front. Faster charging is at the top of our wish list because we’ve grown accustomed to the 65W+ fast-charging features of other smartphones from brands like OnePlus, Xiaomi, Motorola, and more.  

2. Apple iPhone 15

There are few reliable rumours about the iPhone 15 at this time. Due to going on sale in September 2023 (thank goodness Apple’s release and launch dates are pretty predictable). The glitzy Dynamic Island notch should be included in entry-level iPhone 15 devices. In addition, we’d want to see 8K video recording because why not, and a periscope zoom camera Phones to better compete with the powerful Galaxy S22 Ultra’s lossless 10x optical zoom. In light of this, if the most recent rumours are accurate, the iPhone 15 Ultra may be introduced rather than the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Which ones turn out to be true will depend on time.

3. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5

It would be a shame for Samsung to stop with the Galaxy Z Fold 4, as it is the company’s best folding phone. And it’s improbable that they won’t. We are eager to see what the Z Fold 5 has in store because of this. There aren’t many rumours going around right now. We’d like to see an even smaller design, faster charging, and an integrated S-Pen to take advantage of drawing and doodling on its large, unfurled display.

4. Google Pixel Fold

The elusive Pixel Fold comes to mind. You’ll get a range of responses depending on who you ask. The Pixel 6 was said to be bendable. Others forecasted the release of a different Pixel Fold product before the end of 2021. According to the most recent information, Google won’t launch the Fold at all, at least not in its current state.

Does that imply that a folding Pixel phone won’t be available in 2022? Sometimes. It most likely means that Google has abandoned its initial foldable attempt. According to industry information, Google won’t introduce a foldable in the first half of 2022, so that would fit with the information.
