Reliance Retail opens the first location of its “Reliance Centro” department store for fashion and lifestyle on 27 September 2022.

 

Reliance Retail, a division of Reliance Retail Ventures (RRVL), the holding company for all of Reliance Industries (RIL’s) retail businesses, announced on Tuesday the opening of Reliance Centro, a department store concept featuring fashion and leisure items.

Tuesday saw the opening of the first Reliance Centro store in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, intending to democratize fashion in India by increasing its reach and consumer connections.

The opening of Reliance Centro, a fashion and lifestyle department store in Vasant Kunj, Delhi, was announced on Tuesday by Reliance Retail, the largest retailer in India. According to a statement from the firm, Reliance Centro’s key offerings are carefully chosen to make it a one-stop fashion destination for customers in the mid-premium market.

Conforming to the firm, the 75,000-square-foot store is the first Reliance Centro branch and features over 300 brands and almost 20,000 different styles. The store sells around 300 Indian and foreign brands like clothes, footwear, cosmetics, lingerie, sporting, luggage, and accessories.

As part of the launch promotion, the business will give a discount of Rs 1,500 on purchases totaling Rs 3,999 or a discount of Rs 2,000 on purchases totaling Rs 4,999 or more.
